Lampivaara Snowshoeing Trail in Pyhä-Luosto National Park

This trail leads to the foot of the majestic Ukko-Luosto Fell and the old-growth forests around it, winding its way over the top of Pikku-Luosto Fell. At Lampivaara Hill, you can, for example, dig for your own amethyst in the mine there.

Luosto – Yli-Luosto trail

The Luosto-Yli-Luosto Trail takes you to breathtaking nature landscape to Ukko-Luosto Fell and the surrounding mires. Pyhä-Luosto national parks oldest wilderness hut (built in 1949) is located close to the river Luostonoja, on the lower slope of Yli-Luosto Fell. The hut is a perfect spot for a little rest.
