Enjoy the grounding forest walk in connection with nature and our beautiful dogs! The Husky Walk is an all year round activity.
We start at Ilonka Farm by harneshing the dogs and connecting with them, and each participant gets one dog to walk with.
If you prefer walking without a dog, that’s ok. You can enjoy the walk and cuddling that way, too. For safety reasons, children always participate without a dog. It depends on the teenager, if he or she is ready to be attached to one of our beautiful dogs.
When we come back from the forest, we have some cuddling time if we didn't have enough in the forest. After that we enjoy a beverage and homemade delicacy in our cozy Lappish hut or in the picturesque yard.
This experience is a medium level activity for people who are able to walk in the forest for ca one hour.

* guided forest walk with huskies through the beautiful landscape
* feeling the connection with nature and the dogs; your guide is with you all the time, the dog attached to your waist with a special belt – your dog helping you go uphill!
* learning about the dogs and their life at the farm
* cuddling and pictures with the dogs – connecting with the dogs
* drink and snack in our cozy hut area

You can reach the Ilonka farm on foot or by bike when staying close by, by car, taxi or bus. You can find the bus timetables here: https://www.matkahuolto.fi/en
The bus stop at Ilonka is called Tolonen TH.
