Experience the opening of the winter season in Kiilopää. During the long weekend you have time to focus on yourself, reduce your stress level and recharge. The mornings start with a refreshing dip in Kuurapuro fell stream, after a nutritious breakfast we go on a trip to the fells and forest trails on snowshoes, walking or skiing depending on the weather. At the end of the trip we go to pamper our muscles in the smokesauna. In the evenings we gather for a yoga practice.
The days include deep relaxation exercises, singing bowl relaxation, nature connection exercises, hiking, sauna treatments such as foot baths. On Saturday we enjoy the heat of the smoke sauna while steaming, on Sunday morning we do a yoga practice in the smoke sauna.
