8:00 o’clock: Gentle Morning Yoga Flow & Sauna. Meet up at Lieggâ Láávu, the yoga lesson will be done outside on the sauna dock (weather permitting). Bring wool socks, comfy clothes and a warm sweater, swimsuit and towel for the sauna, we’ll supply a yoga mat. Price 15€/person including yoga lesson, morning sauna and swim.
