There are 4 villas, largest one being 110 m2 and the smallest 40 m2. Three of the villas are equipped with jacuzzis. The villas offer private access to lake paadar. The villas are well suited for both relaxed and activity vacations. The surroundings of the villa provide a good setting for example for hiking, mountain biking, fishing, hunting, picking berries and mushrooms. There is a rowing boat and a motorboat on the beach.
