Arctic Stargazing Tours offers unique experiences under the Night Sky in the Finnish Lapland region. The Stargazing experience encompasses gazing through a powerful and modern professional telescope while being guided by an experienced astronomer.
The tour includes a planetarium and virtual Universe indoor experience that serves both as an extension to the stargazing experience and shelter from the cold environment.
Arctic Stargazing Tours is a local company based in Ivalo and has been operating since 2020. The founder and guide Aleksi is an astronomer and guide with a background from working in New Zealand at Mt. John Observatory.
The Northern Night Sky has a lot of objects and wonders to gaze upon and within 1 hour and 15 minutes that the tour lasts, we together will try and amaze ourselves in as many of them as possible!
