SUP board rental in Utsjoki

Rent a SUP board for your own explorations in Utsjoki for a whole day! Rental price includes a Why NOT 10'6'  thermo vacuum form sup for whole day, paddle, life vest and dry sack.

Pick up the board from our storage at Tenontie 114 in the morning and return in the evening! 

The size of the board is 3,2 meters long, 81 cm wide and weight 13 kg. Note that our SUP boards are NOT inflatable. Recommended weight for passenger is max 100 kg.

Note that the person responsible for renting the SUP-boards has to be at least 18 yrs old, but users can be also younger than this. We recommend that children younger than 12 travel as extra passengers on adult´s SUP board. 

If you need us to bring the SUP board to you to a certain location, you can reserve this on the booking form and pay with card at drop-off. Price for board transfer service per one way is 20 € + 2€/km from our storage at Tenontie 114. If you need us to drop off the boards at for example Mantojärvi lake, the transfer price will be 34 euros per one way.

Safety instructions for all SUP boarding tours and SUP board rental:

Respect the water and don´t go to stormy waters or strong flows.

Plan your trip to fit your own skills and fitness level. Heavier paddling first ans easier last.

Make sure we know where you plan to go and when you plan to be back.

Always wear life vests.

Have a phone or GPS with full battery with you, in a water proof bag.

Have equipment and clothing according to weather. Protect your-self from cold and from sun.

Always attach the safety leash on your ankle. The board can float very far from you if not attached to you.
Always start paddling on your knees. Stand up only if you feel comfortable with your balance and when you are in deep enough waters. You don´t want to fall and hit your head in rocks!
