Private snowmobilesafari to the Reindeer yard

If you want a private tour just for you and your family or friends, this is the perfect choice! We’ll kick things off at our rental office (Lutontie 3, Saariselkä) at 1:45 pm. There, we’ll get you set up with all the gear you’ll need and give you a quick intro to snowmobiling. Then we’ll hit the trail for a 15 km ride through the stunning arctic mountains, heading toward a cozy reindeer yard. Along the way, you can snap some awesome photos of the snowy scenery. 

Once we reach the reindeer yard, our guide will share some cool facts about reindeer, and you’ll get a chance to take photos with them and even feed them some lichen. We’ll also have hot drinks waiting for you to help you warm up. When we’re done, we’ll hop back on the snowmobiles and head back to Saariselkä, arriving around 4:00 pm. 

Kids aged 4-12 will ride comfortably in a sledge pulled by our guide’s snowmobile. Usually, it’s two people per snowmobile, but if you want your own, just let us know – there’s an extra cost for that. Drivers need a valid license. Just a heads up: this tour doesn’t include riding with the reindeer, and we don’t visit a big reindeer farm.
