Come and enjoy the festive atmosphere, treat yourself at our cozy kota café, and browse a delightful selection of handmade goods. The market stalls will be filled with homemade treats, crafts, and natural products.

At our charming craft stations, you can create unique gifts for loved ones. Handmade beeswax candles, wooden gnomes or elves, and felt Christmas ornaments stuffed with dog fur are wonderful and personal gifts to place under the Christmas tree!

The Christmas Fair will take place in Ilonka’s kota area and front yard.

On the event days, guest can also enjoy a self-guided farm visit at a discounted rate:

€10/child (4–17 years)

Free for children aged 0–3

The farm visit offers the chance to meet huskies, sheep, and goats, as well as explore a marked, mystical nature trail that provides a multi-sensory experience. Along the trail, signs share stories from Finnish mythology and encourage to deeper connect with both nature and oneself.

The Christmas Fair will be held on:

Friday, November 27, from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM

Saturday, November 28, from 12:00 PM to 4:00 PM

The event will also feature a Gingerbread House Exhibition. All Christmas Fair guests will have the opportunity to vote for their favorite creation. The winner of the public vote will receive a prize: the possibility to arrange a private event at Ilonka, valued at 300€.

Now is the perfect time for local bakers and creative builders to start designing and constructing spectacular gingerbread houses! More information about participating in the exhibition can be found on Ilonka’s homepage.
