We are organizing three Restorative Saturday events in the summer of 2023, to which you are all warmly invited!
The instructor will be Riina Laitinen, a yoga and meditation teacher from Ivala. Riina has been teaching yoga since 2018 and has immersed herself in the world of both dynamic astanga and gentle deepening Yin yoga. The classes are always suitable for everyone, regardless of previous yoga background, and are a perfect blend of energizing, relaxing and meditative practice.
Restorative Saturdays: 17.6., 29.7. & 12.8.
Schedule: courtyard yoga 9-10am (moved indoors in case of rain), sauna & swim 10-11am, late breakfast 10-12am.
Price: 35e/person (incl. 60min instruction and equipment, 60min private sauna booking for event participants and breakfast). Payment to be made to the cashiers in the ski centre restaurant on the day of the event.

Cancellation policy: 24h before the start of the event. Cancellations received after this time will be charged 100%.
Other: 12 places per event. The event is suitable for both English and Finnish speakers.
