Vietämme Aprilin ja Valpaksen pentujen nimijuhlaa lauantaina 12.7. klo 11-16. Lämpimästi tervetuloa nimijuhlaan, jolloin pentujen nimet julkaistaan ja pennut esitellään vieraillemme ensimmäistä kertaa. Pennut ovat tuolloin neljän viikon ikäisiä.
Pentujen esittely ja muinaisia perinteitä kunniottava nimenanto tapahtuu noin klo 13, mutta koko päivä on juhlaa. Nimijuhlassa pääset kokemaan muinaisen nimenantojuhlan tuntua ja itse rituaalein toivottamaan pennuille hyvää elämää.
Ostamalla sisäänpääsylipun (25€/aikuinen, 10€/lapsi 4-17v) pääset mukaan seremoniaan. Samalla lipulla pääset kiertämään omatoimisesti Ilonkan ihanan farmivierailupolun, tutustumaan kanoihin, kukkoon, ankkoihin, lampaisiin, vuohiin ja huskeihin sekä tutustumaan suomalaiseen mytologiaan luontopolulla ja rummuttelun keinoin rauhoittumaan aistikammissa. Ilonkassa pääset syöttämään eläimiä, olemaan aitauksen sisällä lampaiden ja vuohien kanssa ja aidosti olemaan eläinten kanssa yhteydessä.
Juhlapäivänä kotakahvilaan valmistellaan pentujen kunniaksi erikoisherkut. Tapahtuma sopii kaikenikäisille. Lapset osallistuvat aina oman aikuisen kanssa.

We are celebrating the naming ceremony of April and Valpas's puppies on Saturday, July 12th, from 11 AM to 4 PM. You are warmly welcome to the naming celebration, during which the puppies' names will be revealed and the puppies will be introduced to our guests for the first time. At that time, the puppies will be four weeks old.
The puppy presentation and name-giving ceremony, which honors ancient traditions, will take place around 1 PM, but the entire day will be a celebration. During the naming ceremony, you will get to experience the atmosphere of an ancient naming ritual and, through symbolic rituals, wish the puppies a good life.
By purchasing an entrance ticket (€25/adult, €10/child aged 4–17), you can take part in the ceremony. The same ticket also gives you access to explore Ilonka’s lovely farm path at your own pace, meet the chickens, rooster, ducks, sheep, goats, and huskies, as well as delve into Finnish mythology on the nature trail and relax in the sensory room with drumming and singing bowls.
At Ilonka, you can feed the animals, be inside the enclosure with the sheep and goats, and truly connect with the animals.
On the celebration day, there will be special treats in our Kota Cafe in honor of the puppies. The event is suitable for all ages. Children must be accompanied by an adult.

Please wear weather appropriate clothing and shoes.
You can reach the Ilonka farm on foot or by bike when staying close by, by car, taxi or bus. You can find the bus timetables here: https://www.matkahuolto.fi/en
The bus stop at Ilonka is called Tolonen TH.
This experience is partly wheelchair accessible and can be adapted for wheelchair users.
