Have you ever wondered what it’s like to be a reindeer herder? We are local reindeer herders, and we invite you to join us in our daily work! Our journey starts early in the morning — we will pick you up from your accommodation and drive about half an hour to our starting point. From there, you'll travel through the wilderness in a sleigh pulled by a snowmobile to reach the reindeer herd. You can take part in feeding the reindeer herd and learn about reindeer herding.
After feeding the reindeer, we will build a fire in the forest, grill sausages, and share insights into reindeer herding and the local culture.
After the experience, we’ll drive you back to the starting point. The tour lasts about four hours and accommodates a maximum of eight people. The minimum group size for the activity is two people. Please note that the activity can only be arranged if there are at least two participants.

The activity is not difficult and do not involve walking long distances. The recommended age limit is four years because the terrain and long period outdoors can be challenging. If you require accessibility assistance, please contact us in advance.

What do I need to bring?
Warm clothing and equipment are required to participate in the activity. It is possible to rent clothes through us by contacting in advance. The rental price for insulated safari suit and warm snow shoes is €25 / person. The rent is only for the duration of the activity we organize.
